Job summary

DebtBlue is seeking a detail-driven Verification Specialist to join our New Accounts team in Richardson, TX. This in-office, full-time role is the final checkpoint before a new client is submitted, pre-checking files for accuracy, guiding disclosures, and assisting with signing enrollment documents.

You will run scripted verification calls, confirm personal information and program terms, and document outcomes in the CRM, ensuring every file is compliant and ready for processing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or verification-related roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong math and accuracy with financial figures.
• Ability to follow scripts and policies exactly.
• Experience with CRM and MS Office preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pre-check every file and confirm accuracy against eligibility rules.
• Run the verification call using scripted prompts on a recorded line.
• Generate enrollment documents and guide clients through signing.
• Answer client questions and set expectations from day one.
• Follow up on unsigned documents and log outcomes in CRM.
