Description of Job Duties and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Enrollment Technology and Operations,the Enrollment Systems Specialist will be an expert in the use andoptimization of the Slate CRM and related systems to support thesuccessful business operations of the Enrollment Managementdivision and the mission and goals of the University.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enrollment management CRMsoftware.
- Ensure CRM data integrity by implementing and requiring datastandards and uniformity.
- Ensure adherence to federal and institutional data privacyregulations and policies.
- Perform daily de-duplication and cleansing of CRM person andorganization data.
- Manage CRM end-users to include development of roles andpermissions that follows industry best practices for minimum amountof access to support successful completion of job duties.
- Be an enrollment management data expert to support accuratecreation and maintenance of CRM data queries and reports. Ensurealignment of data collection and categorization across the CRM andstudent information system.
- Evaluate current and future Enrollment Management businessprocess operations needs and identify how the CRM can be used toprovide the most optimal and productive operational outcomes.Recommend and implement business process workflows.
- Provide daily operational support to Slate end-users viaservice management software to include triaging and resolution ofissues.
- Partner with central IT teams to build and maintain datainterfaces between Slate and other University systems as well aswith external partners. Perform data uploads, monitor automations,and manage error handling.
- Document all aspects of the CRM related to systemadministration and data interfacing. Create and maintain knowledgebase articles related to the functional use of the CRM .
- Collaborate with and support departments like Admissions,Financial Aid, IT, and the academic colleges and schools in theeffective use of the CRM to improve business strategies and attainenrollment goals.
- Utilize programming languages like SQL, HTML, CSS, andJavaScript for system customization.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Required Education
Bachelor’s Degree.
Required Licenses and/or Certifications
Valid Driver’s License.
Minimum Required Qualifications
- Experience in administering technology in a higher education setting. Knowledge of higher education policy and practices.
- Experience administering and utilizing CRM software.
- Experience managing database records and ensuring dataintegrity to include compliance with data privacy policies.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Slate Technolutions CRM Software
