Job summary

The University of Wisconsin-Parkside in Kenosha, WI, is seeking an Application Administrator I & Enrollment Systems Specialist to support the Slate CRM, and related enrollment processes, reporting to the Director of Admissions.

The role involves system configuration, data integrity, user training, documentation, and collaboration with campus stakeholders to improve admissions operations and student data workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience supporting enrollment services, admissions, student records, or another data intensive administrative operation.
• Experience training or supporting users on technology systems and business processes.
• Experience using data for reporting, assessment, analysis, or process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and review the CRM (Slate) and related enrollment systems; coordinate upgrades, patches, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting with IT and vendors.
• Review enrollment and application processes to identify issues and propose enhancements or workflow changes.
• Support data integrations and movement between the CRM, student information system, document management system, and other platforms.
• Develop queries, reports, dashboards, and data exports to support enrollment operations and decision-making.
• Review enrollment data for accuracy and investigate discrepancies across reports and records.
• Create technical documentation, training materials, process maps, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides.
