Job summary

Linfield University is seeking an organized Admission Systems Coordinator to manage enrollment systems, ensure data accuracy, and support reporting and communications.

Under the Enrollment Management Slate Systems Manager, you will maintain student records, perform data clean-up, and assist with CRM maintenance while collaborating with Admissions, Marketing, and campus partners to support enrollment goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of professional experience with CRM, data management, business processes, and project management.
• At least 1 year of experience with Slate CRM, including advanced query development.
• Knowledge of CRM-to-ERP integrations (e.g., Ellucian Colleague) and data mapping/improvement of processes.
• Excellent communication and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Manage enrollment data across systems (Ellucian Colleague, Parchment, NSC).
• Process applications, transcripts, document indexing and data entry.
• Maintain and clean data, fix duplicates, and support batch document management in Slate CRM.
• Support data transmissions, integrations, and system updates.
