Job summary

Linfield University is seeking an organized Admissions Coordinator to greet visitors, coordinate campus visits, and manage the student ambassador program. This role oversees front office operations and serves as the primary contact for the Admission Office, helping create memorable experiences for prospective students and families.

You will partner with faculty, staff, coaches, and campus partners to deliver engaging visit experiences, plan large recruitment events, and support enrollment goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and relevant administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of campus visit experiences including individual and group visits, tours, and virtual programs.
• Oversee front office operations, greet visitors, answer inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage Linfield's Student Ambassador program and scheduling for tours, office support, and events.
• Support recruitment events planning and execution, including Open Houses and specialty visits.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, coaches, and campus partners to create engaging visit experiences.
• Assist with operational projects that support Enrollment Management initiatives.
