You will guide early conversations, identify the information a client needs next, coordinate follow-up, and keep the process organized. The day-to-day work is a fit for someone who enjoys working with people and who can stay focused on a simple, consistent process.

Training and coaching are provided. Prior insurance experience and a degree are not required. Customer service, hospitality, retail, recruiting, fitness, call-center, and administrative backgrounds can all offer useful transferable skills. Team support helps you build confidence while working in an independent capacity.
