StrongMind, Inc. in Chandler, Arizona, seeks a Registrar to manage student records, enrollment activities, and records requests in a hybrid work environment. You will collaborate with staff, external agencies, and internal teams to ensure accurate, compliant records and timely enrollment processing.

The role emphasizes meticulous data management, confidentiality, and clear communication, balancing independent work with teamwork to support students and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years in an administrative office position.
• Fingerprint background check completed.
• Core hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Arizona time, Monday to Friday.
• Availability to work in person for ~6 weeks annually for testing support.
• Ability to work with electronic student information systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate permanent student records, folders, transcripts, demographics, and test scores.
• Ensure records comply with school, district, state, and federal requirements.
• Process records requests within required timeframes.
• Respond to written requests from agencies and individuals regarding student information.
• Answer inbound calls regarding enrollment status and records requests.
• Collaborate with other schools and outside agencies on student records.
• Assist admissions, registrations, withdrawals, guardianship, and transfers processes.
• Evaluate transcripts for new students to determine credits and placement.
