StrongMind is seeking an Enrollment Advisor in Chandler, AZ. This in-person role supports families through the enrollment journey, coordinating applications, eligibility and timelines while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You’ll be part of the Admissions team, working closely with Enrollment Advisors, school staff, and cross-functional partners to guide prospective students and families through the enrollment journey. This team is responsible for ensuring enrollment processes are welcoming, accurate, compliant, and aligned with school and state requirements.
The team culture is collaborative, supportive, and family-centered, and you’ll have opportunities to build relationships, develop expertise in enrollment operations, and contribute to continuous improvement while partnering across StrongMind and our school communities.
In this role, your work will directly impact students and families by creating a smooth, supportive, and trustworthy enrollment experience from first contact through acceptance.
You’ll help families navigate application requirements, timelines, and expectations with clarity and care, ensuring students are prepared to begin their learning journey. Your responsiveness, accuracy, and empathy will build confidence in StrongMind schools and support successful student starts.
