Job summary

Learning Matters Educational Group in Surprise, AZ is seeking an Enrollment Specialist (Inside Sales and Customer Service) to handle high-volume calls, guide families through enrollment, and close enrollments using HubSpot CRM. This is an in-person, fast-paced role focused on accuracy and results.

You will qualify students and families, maintain records in HubSpot, and work with the enrollment team to meet goals.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish and English required.
• Call center, inside sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfort making and receiving dozens of calls per day.
• Strong phone presence and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities.
• Basic proficiency with Google Workspace.
• CRM experience required, HubSpot strongly preferred.
• Must hold a current Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Responsibilities

Work Location: In-Person

Role summary

High-volume, phone-based enrollment role in a call center environment. You will work inbound and outbound leads, guide families through enrollment, and close enrollments using HubSpot CRM. This role is fast-paced, metrics-driven, and customer focused.
