Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of high-volume, fast-paced customer service experience.
• Experience in admissions, enrollment services, recruiting, inside sales, or call centers preferred.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Conduct high-volume outreach and interviews with prospective students.
• Provide accurate program information and assist enrollment decisions.
• Maintain timely follow-up with students through matriculation.
• Document student contact and manage enrollment workflows in SIS.
• Collaborate with Student Finance and other departments on next steps.
• Develop relationships that generate inquiries and referrals.
• Provide enrollment forecasts.
• Assist with applications and timelines before class starts.
