Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Associate degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Services/Social Work, or Marketing/Communication is preferred.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Conducts enrollment in a timely manner with the person served and their circle of support.
• Ensures enrollment documents are complete and accurate.
• Recommends improvements to internal processes to prevent issues and enhance service experience.
• Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Performs external outreach to community partners and referral sources to support enrollment growth.
