Job summary

GT Independence is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to conduct face-to-face and virtual enrollments for individuals receiving financial management services under self-direction programs.

You will guide families and guardians through enrollment, ensure documentation is complete, uphold confidentiality, and advocate for self-direction within the care model.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Associate degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Services/Social Work, or Marketing/Communication is preferred.
• Will consider candidates with relevant experience.
• Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems such as word processing, filing, and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct enrollment with the person served and their support circle in a timely manner.
• Ensure enrollment documents are complete and accurate.
• Recommend process improvements to prevent issues and enhance service experience.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Perform external outreach to community partners and stakeholders to support enrollment growth.

The Enrollment Specialist conducts face-to-face and virtual enrollments to consumers who will receive financial management services that support them in the self-direction model of care and serves as an advocate and promoter of self-direction by educating consumers and facilitating the consumer’s understanding of self-direction.

Responsibilities

• Conducts the enrollment process with the person served and their circle of support (i.e., families, guardians) in a timely manner.
• Ensures enrollment documents are complete and accurate.
• Recommends improvements to internal process/systems to prevent future issues and to enhance service experience.
• Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Performs external outreach to community partners, referral sources, and stakeholders to support enrollment growth and enhance service accessibility.
