Job summary

GT Independence is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to support individuals using financial management services in self-direction programs. The role involves conducting enrollment with the person served and their support circle, educating on self-direction, and promoting access to services.

Qualifications

1 year of experience in a related field.
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and terminology.
Will consider candidates with experience relevant to the position.

Responsibilities

Conducts the enrollment process with the person served and their circle of support in a timely manner.
Ensures enrollment documents are complete and accurate.
Recommends improvements to internal process/systems to prevent future issues and to enhance service experience.
Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
Performs external outreach to community partners, referral sources, and stakeholders to support enrollment growth and enhance service accessibility.
