Job summary

Ultimate Medical Academy, based in Tampa and with a Clearwater campus, is hiring an Admissions Advisor II to promote UMA’s programs and support prospective students through the enrollment process. The role involves on-site engagement, community partnerships, campus events, and thorough documentation of outreach and progress.

The position requires strong English communication, relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy while coordinating with Enrollment

Qualifications

• Must have strong verbal and written communication to engage with prospective students and partners.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and follow up promptly.
• Experience in recruitment or admissions is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and teamwork tools is expected.

Responsibilities

• Participate in on- and off-campus events to generate interest from prospective students.
• Develop relationships with community partners to raise UMA brand and training referrals.
• Maintain ongoing communication with students to encourage referrals and continued education.
• Host monthly on-campus activities to drive student referrals and community ties.
• Answer inbound inquiries and conduct outbound calls to nurture relationships with prospective and enrolled students.
• Qualification of prospects and setting campus tour appointments.
• Follow up with prospective students in a timely, compliant manner per best practices.
• Record all interactions and outreach in the student database per policy.
• Conduct interviews to gauge interest and study preferences; coordinate campus tours with program directors.
• Assist with financial aid overviews and meet-and-greets as needed.
• Coordinate with Enrollment Coordinators and Registrar to process enrollment paperwork accurately.
