Job summary

Ultimate Medical Academy, based in Florida, is seeking an Admissions Advisor II to promote UMA’s programs to prospective students and guide them through enrollment and provisional enrollment period (PRP).

You will engage with communities, host events, and coordinate campus tours while maintaining strong relationships with partners and applicants. Starting salary is based on experience, with a focus on compliance and student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to build relationships with community partners and prospective students.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students at on/off-campus events and weekends.
• Build relationships with community partners to generate referrals.
• Maintain proactive communication with students to encourage referrals.
• Host monthly on-campus events to drive student referrals.
• Answer inbound inquiries and make outbound calls to maintain relationships.
• Qualify prospects and set campus tour appointments.
• Follow up with prospective students in a timely, compliant manner.
• Document all interactions in the student database.
• Interview prospects to assess interest and program fit.
• Coordinate campus tours with program directors and financial aid overviews.
• Ensure enrollment paperwork is accurate and timely.
