Global University Systems (GUS) is seeking a Program Advisor to promote its medical/health education programmes to prospective students via phone, email, and online meetings. You will manage the full enquiry-to-enrolment process, support domestic and international applicants, and perform consultative enrollment activities with minimal supervision.

Formación

• 1+ years exposure to the higher education industry
• 2+ years of professional, full-time sales experience
• 2+ years' track record of meeting revenue targets and performance quotas
• Ability to record productivity, report from and maintain sales CRM systems, spreadsheets, and collate data
• Fast learner, meticulous attention to detail with near-perfect verbal and written communication skills
• A problem-solving and positive attitude with an interest in higher education and the medical profession

Responsabilidades

• Proactively manage and respond to a high volume of prospective students through phone, sms, video calls, emails and chats.
• Often making 100+ dials per day.
• Learn and master the course offerings and programs provided by the university through training and independent research.
• Provide tailored consultations and advice to prospective students.
• Guide students through the full application journey from enquiry to enrolment.
• Explore career aspirations and highlight relevant Clinical and Residency options.
• Advise international students on visa, immigration, and compliance requirements.
• Build relationships with prospective students and keep applicants engaged through enrolment.
• Deliver excellent customer service to students and stakeholders throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Represent the university in a professional, positive manner at all times.
• Accurately maintain CRM systems with attention to detail.
