• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy and CRM discipline.
• Professionalism and discretion with sensitive information.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for prospective students throughout admissions journey.
• Manage end-to-end enrollment process including outreach and application support.
• Handle inbound inquiries across phone, email, web chat, and CRM.
• Conduct outbound calls to convert leads into enrolled applicants.
• Meet or exceed enrollment and performance targets.
• Provide accurate information on programs and visa processes.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Identify trends and provide feedback to leadership.
• Cross-promote programs based on student needs.
• Collaborate with admissions, marketing, and operations.
