Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries related to enrollment and student services.
• Document student interactions in designated systems.
• Assist with admissions, onboarding, residency determination, course selection, and registration changes.
• Support cross-functional Enrollment and Records activities and FERPA compliance.
• Handle cash handling and tuition/fees processes.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Advising, Financial Aid, Registrar and other teams.
• Support onboarding, orientation, outreach, and retention activities.
