Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with two years related experience.
• Associate degree with three years related experience.
• High School Diploma or GED with four years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Process student admissions applications.
• Organize applicant communications.
• Assist students with tuition classification questions and disputes.
• Assist with Front Line Financial Aid Counseling, including FAFSA assistance.
• Mentor other Enrollment Services staff.
• Coordinate front desk activities and student registrations.
• Maintain student records and campus card system components.
• Prepare reports and support clerical duties for faculty, staff, administration and students.
• Support campus events and Career Services activities.
