Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the enrollment process, guiding prospective students and guardians with quality service.
• Maintain in-office presence while supporting Enrollment and Application teams; collaborate across departments.
• Lead as Enrollment Manager by coordinating NSO explanations and Mentor Matching initiatives.
• Direct review and processing of student applications to meet enrollment criteria and regulatory standards.
• Direct management of enrollment documents, maintaining accurate records and compliant procedures.
• Identify priorities and lead strategic initiatives to improve efficiency in Enrollment and Admissions.
