Job summary

Ombudsman Educational Services Arizona Online Academy is seeking an Enrollment & Retention Specialist to drive student recruitment, enrollment, engagement, and retention across assigned locations. You will build relationships with students, families, schools, and community partners, guiding applicants through enrollment while meeting timelines and documentation requirements.

The role emphasizes outreach, open houses, and partnerships to strengthen recruitment pipelines and improve ongoing

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates degree or higher preferred.
• Ability to obtain AZ fingerprint clearance card.
• Ability to obtain AZ driver's license preferred.
• Experience in education or related marketing/business field preferred.
• Experience with enrollment processes and community outreach preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop outreach strategies to meet enrollment goals.
• Participate in school events to promote program awareness.
• Guide prospective students through enrollment steps and timelines.
• Maintain databases of interested students for follow-up campaigns.
