Job summary

Kapi‘olani Community College is seeking an Enrollment Management Coordinator to lead strategic enrollment initiatives across recruitment, onboarding, retention, and completion. You will coordinate with Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, IR, IT, and Communications to drive coordinated interventions and measure progress.

The role emphasizes building inclusive student pathways, removing barriers, and guiding pilots that boost persistence and credential attainment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and three years of experience in student services, enrollment management, admissions, or related area.
• Strong knowledge of enrollment management, onboarding, retention, and completion.
• Knowledge of applicable laws, rules, and systems related to student activities/affairs.
• Ability to analyze data and present findings clearly.
• Experience coordinating complex projects across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Assess recruitment, onboarding, retention, and completion practices to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Develop phased enrollment-management work plan with stakeholders.
• Convene Enrollment Management Team and track priorities.
• Build relations with Academic Affairs, IT, Communications, and Student Services offices.
• Develop resources like process maps, contact lists, calendars, and escalation contacts.
• Coordinate enrollment or re-enrollment pilot projects each term.
• Assist offices in coordinating student communications via email, phone, text, social, and platforms.
• Work with IR and campus offices to establish baseline metrics and practical measures.
• Monitor and report findings to stakeholders with actionable recommendations.
• Support use of Navigate360, Salesforce, or other tools.
• Document lessons learned and share improvements.
