Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 3 years working in higher education advising/recruitment; supervisory experience preferred.
• CRM product experience preferred; HCC Leadership Program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Department in establishing and achieving annual goals and objectives.
• Supervise and train Student Recruiters with performance evaluations.
• Develop enrollment forecasts, predictive models, and budgets with college leadership.
• Manage department budget; approve purchases of supplies and materials.
• Provide training and keep the department current on recruitment innovations.
• Represent the department at system-wide meetings.
• Provide data-informed analyses for onboarding prospective students and tracking progress.
