Job summary

• Five or more years in independent school admission or enrollment leadership.
• Full-cycle admissions experience with data-driven decision making.
• Comfort presenting to the Board and guiding families through the process.
• Experience with Ravenna or similar admission CRMs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-year enrollment plan based on data, market insight, and benchmarks.
• Oversee the Pre-K3 through Grade 12 admission experience with a welcoming process.
• Manage financial aid to balance access and fiscal health.
• Develop retention strategies from attrition data and stay interviews.
• Build and guide a high-performing admission team.
