Job summary

Colibri Group, Moreland University brand, seeks an Admissions Representative to be the first point of contact for prospective students. You will use your communication and persuasion skills to provide accurate information, identify the best program fit, and guide applicants through enrollment.

You will manage leads via Zoom, email, phone, and text, nurture candidates through the enrollment cycle, and work with the Director of Admissions to coordinate recruitment efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in inside admissions, admissions, customer service, higher education, or related role.
• Articulate and friendly speaker and writer to communicate with prospective candidates on the phone, online, and via email.

Responsibilities

• Lead and Applicant Management.
• Actively communicate and engage with potential candidates via Zoom, email, phone, and text to move and nurture them through the enrollment cycle.
• Meet admissions team goals and coordinate recruitment efforts with the Director of Admissions.
