You will manage CRM records, build relationships with families, and collaborate with Admissions and Financial Aid to meet enrollment goals.

The role also supports enrollment marketing campaigns, events, and social media efforts, helping drive inquiries to enrollment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one counseling to prospective students, assisting with admissions steps and program options.
• Explain admissions requirements and available programs to applicants.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, parents, and team members to foster trust.
• Maintain CRM records accurately and consistently with policies and training.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Financial Aid to achieve enrollment goals.
• Support enrollment marketing campaigns and events, including content creation and social media efforts.
