Job summary

Stanbridge University is seeking an Admissions Representative to guide prospective students from inquiry through enrollment. This KPI-driven role focuses on engagement, interviews, and a high-quality, student-centered experience in a fast-paced setting.

You will manage CRM- tracked activities, coordinate with Financial Aid and Academic departments, and ensure compliance with regulations while delivering an exceptional enrollment experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years of admissions, higher education, or customer-facing experience.
• Experience with goal-driven or performance-based environments preferred.
• Knowledge of higher education regulations and compliance is a plus.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication in diverse settings.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of prospective student engagement from inquiry through enrollment.
• Respond to phone, web, and in-person inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Build rapport with prospective students and identify their educational and career goals.
• Schedule and conduct admissions interviews with information about programs and admissions.
• Guide prospective students through decision-making and enrollment steps.
• Present program content, requirements, and outcomes in line with university standards.
