• Enrollment & Service Coordination: follows up on referrals, completes enrollment documentation, resolves barriers, coordinates with case management to minimize cycle times.
• Participant Assessment & Support: assesses ability to communicate, participate, and self-direct; documents limitations and needed accommodations.
• Participant Education & Training: educates on interacting with Public Partnerships as fiscal intermediary, payroll processing, and program rules.
