Job summary

Public Partnerships LLC seeks an Enrollment Specialist to serve as the primary contact for participants, authorized representatives, and providers in self-directed services programs. You will coordinate enrollment, educate participants, and ensure program compliance while tracking documentation and payments.

This remote role requires in-state residency with travel to Tampa Bay or Jacksonville, Florida, and offers a pay range of $21.00–$24.00 per hour with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and support experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, Nexus, Better Online, Adobe Sign and web-based applications.
• High aptitude for process assessment, improvement, and recommendations.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enrollment & service coordination for participant-directed services.
• Coordinate documentation, resolve enrollment barriers, and ensure timely enrollment.
• Educate participants and employers on roles, payroll, and program rules.
• Monitor compliance and report any suspected fraud or abuse.
