Job summary

AltaMed Health Services Corp. is seeking an Intake Specialist I to coordinate enrollment of potential PACE participants. You will work with Enrollment Development Specialists to enroll new participants, support retention, and explain AltaMed’s services.

You’ll be housed at the PACE site and act as a bridge between Marketing and Operations, using CRM to track leads and enrollment progress. The role requires at least two years in healthcare and bilingual abilities.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in healthcare, Business Admin, or related nursing field, or 2+ years healthcare experience.
• Current valid BLS certification.
• Experience with elderly and families; healthcare/community setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate enrollment of potential PACE participants and support retention.
• Collaborate with Enrollment Development Specialists to increase PACE program membership.
• Use CRM to track leads and enrollment progress; provide daily status reports.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company requirements.
