Trident Technical College is seeking a Student Enrollment Specialist to support Health Sciences Admissions and Continuing Education enrollment. The role guides students through admissions and registration, processes applications, determines residency, and provides excellent service to students, faculty, staff, and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; experience in student services.
• Strong computer skills are a must.
• Knowledge of admission and enrollment processes.

Responsabilités

• Process applications for Health Science and Workforce Training programs.
• Serve as Continuing Education Residency Officer and determine tuition classification.
• Provide information on admission criteria, eligibility and enrollment steps.
• Prepare enrollment reports for the Director of Admissions and academic leadership.
• Collaborate with academic divisions, workforce coordinators, and external partners.
• Maintain records in FERPA and state retention policies.
• Represent Admissions at orientations and information sessions.
