Responsibilities

• Monitor and report recruitment metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
• Develop and maintain relationships with high school counselors, community groups, and alumni to promote UNT Health programs.
• Demonstrate initiative to enhance recruitment strategies for assigned programs.
• Host College Preview events and coordinate tours for prospective residents.
• Maintain computerized records of prospects and generate timely reports from the database.
• Respond to inquiries from prospects and applicants.
