The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of consultative sales experience, strong communication, and CRM proficiency, with a willingness to work in-office 5 days/week. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of consultative sales experience.
• At least 1 year in financial services sales (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High motivation and goal orientation.
• CRM experience and basic tech proficiency.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Ability to reliably commute to Las Vegas, NV.
• This position is in-office 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and follow up with warm leads.
• Consult with prospective clients to evaluate their financial situation and offer tailored debt relief options.
• Enroll clients in suitable programs and help them begin their path to financial recovery.
• Use CRM tools to manage your pipeline and track follow-up opportunities.
• Commit to learning and improving as a consultative closer.
