Job summary

SDSU Global Campus seeks an Academic and Degree Coordinator to help students navigate degree completion. You will evaluate applications and transcripts, determine admission eligibility, and translate prior coursework into a clear path from enrollment to graduation.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Evaluations and Enrollment, this exempt, full-time role blends policy expertise with personalized student support in a flexible online and onsite environment in San Diego.

Qualifications

• Two years of professional experience in student services or higher education administration.
• Ability to interpret CSU and university policies for individual cases.
• Experience with transcript evaluation and degree articulation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate applications and academic records to determine admission eligibility.
• Review transcripts and articulate coursework for degree requirements.
• Advise students and staff on policies and degree pathways.
• Interpret and apply CSU policies to individual student situations.
• Maintain accurate student records and support enrollment processes.
