Job summary

Camden County College (CCC) is hiring a Help Desk Representative Tier 1 - Temporary Part-time at the Blackwood Campus under the Office of Information Technology. The role supports students and staff with technical assistance.

Candidates should have an associate degree or equivalent, strong communication, and the ability to work in a team. The position offers up to 25 hours per week and is based on-site in Blackwood, NJ.

  • Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
  • Research questions using available information resources
  • Advise user on appropriate action
  • Follow standard help desk procedures
  • Log all help desk interactions
  • Redirect problems to appropriate resource
  • Identify and elevate situations requiring urgent attention
  • Track and route problems and document resolutions
  • Prepare activity reports
  • Stay current with system information, changes and updates

Job Description
