Job summary

CT State Community College seeks an Enrollment Management Specialist to deliver a one-stop enrollment experience for credit students on campus in New Haven. You will support admissions, registration, residency status, and related processes while ensuring compliance with policies and FERPA.

The role emphasizes high-touch service, collaboration with campus staff, and ongoing enrollment operations to enhance student success and retention. Evening or weekend work may occasionally occur.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, student development, social work, enrollment management or related field with up to 3 years of related experience.
• Fundamental knowledge of student records and enrollment practices in higher education.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering a comprehensive enrollment services experience for credit students on campus.
• Provide high-quality customer service to prospective, new, and current students and staff.
• Answer inquiries via phone and email about admissions, residency, enrollment, cost of attendance, etc.
