Job summary

CT State Community College seeks a Recruitment & Outreach Specialist to lead enrollment efforts from inquiry to matriculation at CT State Manchester. You will be the main campus contact for prospective students and external partners, coordinating outreach and resources to support applicants through the enrollment process.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1+ year of experience, along with strong communication, organization, and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriately related field with 1+ year of related experience or a combination of education and experience meeting the duties.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, and college databases.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for students from inquiry to enrollment.
• Engage external partners including high schools and adult education providers.
• Monitor enrollment pipeline and provide resources to support matriculation.
• Represent enrollment outreach at events and committees, including evenings/weekends.
