Job summary

Colorado Mountain College seeks a Senior Enrollment Services Specialist to support recruiting activities and pre-enrollment follow-up. You will work at Dillon and Breckenridge campuses, with additional hours at Summit High School, including some evening events with students and families.

Responsibilities include admissions processing, residency determinations, and coordinating communications with applicants.

Qualifications

• Education and experience sufficient for the rigors of the position; examples include a Bachelors Degree with two years related work experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Previous admissions and recruitment experience preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; analytical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Admissions on scheduling local high school visits and recruit local students.
• Onboard new students in coordination with other departments.
• Develop and coordinate admissions processes and procedures.
• Assist in recruitment and pre-enrollment follow-up via phone and email.
• Evaluate and process admissions applications including residency status.
• Coordinate communications with applicants via phone, email, and mailings.
• Schedule and conduct campus tours and events for prospective students and guests.
