Job summary

Success Academy Charter Schools is seeking a Salesforce Administrator/Business Analyst to join the Enrollment Team in NYC. You will manage daily Salesforce configuration, reporting, and data hygiene to support scholar recruitment and enrollment initiatives.

You’ll train staff, build dashboards, and collaborate with Experience, Data and Analytics teams to surface insights and drive improvements. This hybrid role operates from the NYC Financial District office with selective remote work.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Salesforce features including Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds.
• 2+ years of business analysis experience in CRM projects or implementation.
• Strong data quality, governance, and validation rule experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with agile methodologies and ability to manage multiple requests.

Responsibilities

• Know Salesforce Enrollment data model and optimize data flow to downstream systems.
• Configure interfaces, fields, objects, record types, and page layouts.
• Create reports and dashboards to meet business needs.
• Implement data quality processes and validation rules.
• Import leads and contacts via Data Import Wizard and Data Loader; train staff.
• Produce data analyses to guide decisions and surface insights.
• Manage user access, roles, and permissions; support ongoing requirements.
