You will verify insurance and Medicare details, guide patients through enrollment, and meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets in a fully in-person, 5-day-a-week schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in DME sales or patient enrollment.
• Proven ability to convert leads and close enrollments.
• Strong knowledge of insurance and Medicare processes.
• Phone-heavy, metrics-driven environment.
• CRM experience; HubSpot preferred.
• Full-time, in-person at Needham, MA.
• Weekend availability as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound and referred leads into enrollments.
• Make high-volume outbound calls to drive sign-ups.
• Explain XRHealth’s DME products, eligibility, and enrollment steps.
• Overcome objections related to insurance or readiness.
• Verify insurance eligibility and Medicare benefits.
• Collect and manage required enrollment documentation.
• Move patients through enrollment funnel to activation.
• Log activity and outcomes in HubSpot CRM.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Collaborate with internal DME and Product teams.
