Job summary

XRHealth America is seeking an experienced RCM Manager to lead the DME revenue cycle, from eligibility to collections, for XRHealth America’s growing DME operations. You will build scalable processes, implement automation and AI, and ensure compliance with payer requirements while coaching a hands-on team in Needham, MA.

The role reports to the General Manager and offers direct exposure to executive leadership, with opportunities to shape workflows and optimize performance across operations,

Qualifications

• Direct DME revenue cycle experience required.
• At least five years in DME or healthcare revenue cycle, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare DME billing, DME MAC policies and continued-use requirements.
• Experience billing Medicare, Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and commercial plans.
• Experience managing claims, payment posting, denials, appeals, AR, and collections.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Needham, MA.

Responsibilities

• Lead the DME revenue cycle team and define workflows and quality standards.
• Oversee eligibility verification, intake review, prior authorization, documentation validation, claims submission, payment posting, denials, appeals, AR, and collections.
• Monitor team performance, provide training, and ensure timely, accurate work.
• Develop SOPs and implement automation, AI, and system integrations.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payer, HIPAA, DMEPOS accreditation, and applicable federal/state requirements.
