XRHealth Inc. in Needham, MA is seeking a Patient Enrollment Specialist focused on DME and Products. This full-time, in-person role is based at our Needham office, with a 5-day schedule including weekends.

You will contact leads, drive enrollments, and guide patients through the enrollment process, including insurance and Medicare verification. You will log activity in HubSpot, meet conversion targets, and collaborate with internal teams to remove blockers.

Competenze

• 2+ years in DME sales, healthcare sales, patient enrollment, or patient access.
• Proven ability to convert leads and close enrollments.
• Strong working knowledge of insurance and Medicare processes.

Mansioni

• Convert inbound and referred DME and Product leads into completed enrollments.
• Make high-volume outbound calls to patients to drive sign-ups.
• Clearly explain XRHealth’s DME products, eligibility requirements, enrollment process, and next steps.
• Overcome common objections related to insurance, technology use, or readiness.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits, with a strong focus on Medicare.
• Collect and manage required DME enrollment documentation.
• Move patients efficiently through the enrollment funnel to activation.
• Accurately log all activity, lead status, and outcomes in the CRM (HubSpot).
• Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets.
• Work closely with internal DME and Products teams to remove blockers and accelerate enrollment.
