Job summary

The King's University in Southlake, TX is seeking an Admissions Enrollment Specialist to support daily Office of Admissions operations and coordinate recruitment events on and off campus.

You will assist with data entry, respond to inquiries via phone, email, and text, and help with campus visits while ensuring FERPA compliance and excellent student service.

This role requires a positive attitude, strong teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer service aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment events, campus visits, and off-site recruitment efforts.
• Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude when interacting with the public.
• Assist with inbound/outbound calls, emails, and text message inquiries.
• Provide administrative support such as data entry, photocopying, and office supply inventory.
• Collaborate with other campus departments to market and promote student involvement opportunities.
• Serve as a resource to fellow students, modeling the values of The King's University.
• Complete other duties as assigned by the professional staff.
• Assist the department in maintaining the highest standards of customer service, accuracy, integrity, security, confidentiality and compliance (FERPA).
