The University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth is seeking a Recruitment/Admissions Associate to support the Recruitment Director in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating and directing recruitment initiatives and assisting with the overall operations of the recruitment team.

You will provide customer service to prospective applicants and current students through email, phone, mail, and in-person interactions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and one year related experience, or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to interact with diverse groups.
• Willingness and ability to travel locally and throughout Texas.

Responsabilidades

• Develops relationships with Advisors at various higher education institutions.
• Assist Recruitment Director and Admissions Assistant Director in planning, developing, organizing, implementing and directing recruitment activities.
• Maintains computerized records of prospective students and generates timely reports.
• Support recruitment procedures, database management, and administrative duties.
• Ensure brochures are readily available and distributed to prospective students.
• Assist in overall operations of the recruitment team.
