You will own the prospective family experience, manage the admissions pipeline, collaborate with marketing and faculty, and ensure timely communication, data integrity, and smooth transitions into the King’s community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in sales, admissions, or related field.
• Proven ability to manage a pipeline and hit enrollment goals.
• Strong communication and empathy with families.
• Proficiency with CRM and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for prospective families with a welcoming admissions experience.
• Build relationships to understand family needs and guide through inquiry, campus visit, application, and enrollment.
• Own enrollment goals and monitor pipeline activity and conversions.
• Plan and execute admissions events and family experiences.
• Maintain accurate admissions records and leverage data for follow-up and strategy.
