Job summary

University of Kansas is seeking an Admissions Representative to recruit and enroll a high-quality student population. The role focuses on recruitment within a defined territory, using in-person and digital strategies, and involves extensive travel and occasional evenings/weekends.

You will collaborate with the Assistant Director of Freshmen Recruitment to design data-informed outreach and manage a recruitment budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required at time of appointment.
• At least 3 months presentation experience (evidenced by coursework, extra-curricular activities, or professional presentations).
• Strong written communication skills as evidenced by the application materials.
• Experience as a KU student, as evidenced in application materials.

Responsibilities

• Recruit future Jayhawks in a defined territory using in-person and digital strategies and meet/exceed goals.
• Plan and execute recruitment events on- and off-campus, coordinating with students, faculty, staff and alumni.
• Provide support to the recruitment team, assist with leadership activities, and perform other assigned duties.
