Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field OR Associates in Applied Science of Business Management.
• Two years of experience, including planning, policy analysis, coordination with various public and private agencies, organizations, and/or states. Working within Higher Education.
• Administrative or managerial work experience may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis.
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Access, Excel, and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Student Services front-line operations and staff, including Work‑study employees.
• Oversee records, registration, and enrollment processes for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate escalated inquiries and provide guidance and resolution to students and staff.
• Develop workflows, reports, and data analyses to support decision‑making and improvement.
• Collaborate across departments to improve service delivery and equity.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and department policies.
