Job summary

The role collaborates with cross-functional teams, develops reports and dashboards, conducts QA reviews, and supports UAT and system testing, reporting findings to leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED and three (3) years of experience in a technical job related to the area of assignment.
• A valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze enrollment information to identify trends and ensure accuracy.
• Serve as subject matter expert on enrollment systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Develop recurring and customized reports for leadership.
• Create quality metrics, audit templates, and dashboards.
• Perform QA reviews of enrollment cases and system entries for compliance.
• Support UAT and system testing related to enrollment enhancements.
• Document QA findings and provide actionable leadership reports.
