Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business or related field with relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred for advancement.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong written communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with IDDIS/IDD Connects.
• Ability to communicate clearly and write well for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as customer service contact for providers, individuals and families.
• Authorize services and manage approvals through IDD Connects and IDD Information System.
• Monitor service utilization and analyze fiscal data and reports.
• Prepare findings and recommendations for regional leadership.
• Support management decisions with data analysis and trend identification.
