Job summary

The State of Georgia is seeking a Policy Analyst to support Georgia Access and its state-based exchange. You will review and update program policies, provide expert ACA guidance, and draft policy proposals under supervision for compliance with federal and state rules.

Responsibilities include coordinating with eligibility and enrollment teams, assisting with annual NBPP updates, and contributing to the Georgia Access Annual Report with cross‑unit input. A relevant advanced degree is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university with two years of related experience.
• Associate's degree in a related field with three years of related experience.
• Four years of related professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and update program policies for the state-based exchange Georgia Access.
• Provide expert ACA guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead or contribute to policy proposals in line with federal/state guidelines.
• Support NBPP updates and reflect Georgia Access positions in regulatory guidance.
• Assist with drafting the Georgia Access Annual Report with cross‑functional input.
• Coordinate with eligibility and enrollment teams on consumer eligibility appeals.
